Marketing Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and disciplined Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of client projects.

This role is responsible for translating strategy into structured tasks, managing timelines, coordinating freelancers, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.

You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in maintaining operational flow and quality control.

Position Type: Part-Time (25-30 hours/week)

Compensation: USD $30/hour

Location: Remote

Opportunity to transition into Full-Time, benefit will be added (health care, education support, pay vacation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Break down client projects into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables

  • Create and manage project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met

  • Coordinate and communicate with freelancers (designers, editors, developers)

  • Track project progress and proactively follow up on tasks

  • Support budgeting by monitoring project costs and resource allocation

  • Ensure quality control before final delivery

  • Maintain organized systems (task management tools, documents, communication logs)

  • Provide regular updates on project status and potential risks

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project coordination or operations

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows (content, branding, web, etc.)

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and structured in execution

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines consistently

  • Comfortable working with numbers, budgeting, and cost tracking

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
