Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant who is strong in administrative marketing support and content operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys neat systems, fast execution, and visually polished work. You will help manage content posting, write social media copy using AI tools, organize digital files, maintain content calendars, and ensure content is published accurately and on time across multiple platforms.

The right person has a strong sense of visual presentation, enjoys admin and productivity work, learns tools quickly, communicates proactively, and takes pride in staying organized.

Position Type: Part-Time (15-28 hours/week)

Compensation: USD $25-30/hour

Location: Remote

Opportunity: Transition into Full-Time with increased Salary, benefit will be added (premium health care insurance, education support, pay vacation etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Content Posting & Scheduling

  • Prepare and post content across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, and client websites

  • Schedule posts on time using third-party social media tools

  • Turn prepared marketing materials into completed posts by writing titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and scheduling details

  • For example, when a YouTube video is ready, you will prepare the title, description, hashtags, and posting schedule

Content Writing & AI Support

  • Use AI tools to write prompts and generate paragraphs, captions, and posting copy based on provided instructions

  • Create posting content quickly and accurately according to brand direction and campaign needs

Visual & Creative Support

  • Edit photos and create thumbnails using Canva, ChatGPT, and other design or AI tools

  • Maintain a polished visual standard across content and presentations

Organization & Admin Support

  • Organize videos, photos, and content calendar materials in cloud storage and hard drives

  • Keep calendars updated and provide clear progress reports to your supervisor

  • Respond to comments, emails, and client requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Strong ability to maximize productivity tools and AI tools

  • Fast, efficient, and highly detail-oriented

  • Extremely organized

  • Good visual judgment in fashion and aesthetic sense

  • Takes deadlines seriously and does not like missing them

  • Proactive communicator who is eager to ask questions, learn, and improve skills in long term

  • Ver comfortable working with repetitive admin tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple moving parts calmly
